Plain version: this website collects no personal data. There are no forms, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies on orangeop.com right now. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so your browser doesn't contact Google Fonts or similar services. If you email us, we'll use your email only to reply.
1. Who we are
This site is run by OrangeOp (operated by Adrian Roytberg), based in Spain. Contact for any privacy question: [email protected].
2. What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. The site has no forms, no accounts and sets no cookies of its own. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell people from bots; it isn't used for tracking or advertising. Links to X (x.com) take you to X, which has its own privacy policy. Links to our store take you to Whop (whop.com), which runs checkout and delivery and has its own privacy policy.
3. Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We don't use this data to identify or profile you.
4. If you email us
Mail to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google (Gmail) inbox. We use your message and address only to answer you (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)) and delete correspondence we no longer need.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or the authority in your own EU country.
6. Changes
Our shop runs on Whop, so this site itself still collects nothing when you buy. When we open the email newsletter or the survey, we'll update this policy before collecting anything, and the forms will link to it.
7. Purchases: terms of sale and refunds
Our kits and memberships are sold and delivered through Whop (whop.com/@orangeop). They are digital content delivered immediately. Because you're buying digital content, at checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is provided (Art. 103(m) of Spain's consumer law, TRLGDCU; Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). All sales are final. No refunds. Memberships can be cancelled at any time, which stops future renewals. This doesn't affect your legal rights if a file is faulty or not as described: write to [email protected] and we'll fix or replace it, or provide any other remedy the law requires.
